lumpy yogurtdry food
The breakfast was disappointing. i found big lumps in the yogurt, and no one could explain what they were (it was really off-putting). the hot food was also dry. They clearly need to add liquid or lower the temperature to keep it warm properly. it annoyed me they didn't take action after i reported it, poor food preparation.

fluctuating shower temperatureinadequate soundproofing
i had issues first the shower temperature fluctuated a lot it went from hot to cold without warning this made showering very frustrating and not relaxing as it should be second the soundproofing was inadequate i could hear noise from the hallway and nearby rooms frequently which disturbed my sleep and made it difficult to relax during the day i really needed better isolation.

The pools were refreshing. very clean, I used them daily. Rooms were spacious. Also the bed was comfortable, and everything was beautifully presented. I felt relaxed in the room. I had some payment issues but the staff were so kind and helpful to me. We had beautiful massages and I really enjoyed the breakfast. It was a great way to start each day.
The poolside room was not luxurious. The wardrobe was behind the bathroom door, this made it difficult to access when my partner was in the bathroom. The wardrobe door was heavy. and the small drawers at the bottom did not open easily.

The breakfast buffet features local and European options. I noticed that fresh juices were available until 8 AM or until they ran out; the selection was diverse. Hot food options were available as well.

This hotel has two swimming pools providing ample space. Guests can access a water fountain near the back pool, allowing for easy hydration, it was very useful in the heat. The hotel provides golf carts for transport up the long driveway.

The location is on Eat Street, this provides many options for dining. I found it convenient to access various restaurants. This hotel is a ten-minute walk to the beach.

The rooms were very neat and clean. the hotel had strong wifi. I could take my zoom meeting easily.
the wardrobe was hidden behind the door into the bathroom area, if my partner was in the bathroom i had to wait to get to the wardrobe. the wardrobe door was quite heavy to open and the 2 small drawers at the bottom were difficult to open and close, so were not used.

Breakfast had many options I loved, it catered for everyone. The air conditioning kept room cool, bathroom were very clean. Setting around the pool was so pretty.
The breakfast had a few options less for vegetarians, I felt it was missing something for them.
